			Volunteers Needed
		Saturday, May 24th is the date for the 2008 Ride for Life. Whether you are a competitive rider, tandem rider, or want a fun day with the family, we have a route for you. We need volunteers for the route the day of the ride as well as those of you who are good planners in advance of the ride.
		God's Accomplishments

Since our doors opened on May 1, 2007, we have helped 25 women, saved 4 babies from abortion, and seen three of our women make a statement of faith in Jesus. None of this could be accomplished without your prayers and the work of God's Holy Spirit. Please continue to keep us 'prayed up' and remember our women in your prayers. (You can read Dacia's testimony in January's Metro Christian Living). Specific prayer requests: Spiritual protection, personal growth of our women, financial health of the ministry, 20 acres of land for expansion.

	We believe that God has a purpose for every soul, even those who are yet to be born. We will help women who choose life for their unborn child by providing a loving atmosphere where learning and growing are encouraged. While at The Christmas Village, our residents will learn Life Skills and Job Skills based on Biblical principles to prepare them for a path to success in the world.

The Christmas Village will be a residential campus where women who have an unexpected or crisis pregnancy can find a safe haven and peaceful environment where they can make an educated decision on the best path to take for their child and themselves, favoring the sanctity of life.
Pet a Coat Grooming & Gifts is now open for business. Specializing in showdog cuts, Dacia is a member of NDGAA and was trained by one of the most celebrated groomers in the country. Pet a Coat is a social entrepreneurship program of Christmas Village. The business is owned jointly by one of our program graduates and the foundation. Your business supports The Christmas Village as well as helping one of our graduates fund a healthy household free of government subsidy.
